BMC Remedy

Category: Information Technology

Strong customisation, installation and configuration experience in BMC Remedy ITSM - 7. x or earlier versions. Experience in ARS and one more module of BMC-ITSM/Remedy is mandatory.

Identity and Access Management

Category: Information Technology

Strong application development / support experience on any one of the following identity and Access Management Suites: IBM Tivoli, Sun JES, Oracle, CA, BM or Courion.

Application Packaging

Category: Information Technology

Strong Application Packaging, standard build solutions experience. Skilled in Windows core component such as registry and shell scripts. Prior experience in at least one of the Wise package studio, Macrovision Install Shield, Marimba, MS SMS and Rainbow.

Server and Storage

Category: Information Technology

Experience in server and storage consolidation/ assessments, server/storage/datacenter consolidation business case and assessments, server platform design, server/storage/application migration design and implementation.
