Customer Service Assistants (CSA) - 150 StaffCategory: Customer Service Must be HSC pass and less than 25 years of age. He/She must have excellent command of written & spoken English and must be willing to work in shifts. |
Flight Despatch Assistant (FDA) - 65 StaffCategory: Aerospace/Aviation Must be at least HSC pass or a graduate (science stream), in the age group of 20-25 years. He / She should be willing to work in shifts. |
Duty Manager (DM) - 25 StaffCategory: Aerospace/Aviation Should have more than 10 years of experience working with airlines or ground handling companies, especially in passenger & ramp services. He / She should have good contacts with domestic and international airlines that are strong enough to control a workforce of 100 staff. Excellent command of written & spoken English and the willingness to work in shifts is a must. |
