Clinical Operations Manager

The Manager for Clinical Operations will oversee execution of clinical trials in India for multiple products, ensure implementaiton of ICP / GCP guidelines, assit in mentoring and coaching of staff, manage cross functional planning and communication and coordinate with Global Research Managers. The position reports to the Director / Head Development Operations. The successful candidate should have an MPharma, MPH, MSc, MBA or MD with 8 years experience in a medically related field, including 5 years direct clinical operations experience in the bio pharmaceutical industry.

Clinical Research Associates

The Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) will perform field-based activities such as evaluation, initiation, monitoring and close out of clinical trial sites, building relationships with physicians / investigators, CROs and other partners, ensuring safety and adequate protection of human rights of the subjects and also the quality and integrity of the clinical trial data collected. The position reports to the Clinical Operations Manager. The successful candidates should have BSc in biological sciences of Nursing or MPH or MS with 3 years direct monitoring and oversight experience as a regional CRA or study coordinator in clinical research. Knowledge of various Indian languages, in addition to English, and experience in regulatory audits such as (US) FDA inspection will be a plus.
